Requirements

  • Excellent communication & fluent English
  • Bachelor's degree (graduates only)
  • Male (with military & graduation certificate)
  • Age below 30
  • No 1st/2nd degree relatives in Vodafone Customer Care
  • Prior customer care/tech support experience is a plus

Work Information

Location: Vodafone HQ, Maadi

Hours: 8:45 hrs/day (1-hour break), rotational 24/7 shifts
